Debit grows as fast as the rest. I clean out my floating plants twice a week. I have red root floaters, dwarf water lettuce and frogbit. Light also impacts how the water lettuce grows. If you leave a baby in your tank with bright light and nutrients the plant will get bigger. I had one get as big as a dinner plate. Flow doesn’t bother these plants as much as water splash. Water splash will rot most of these. Red root floaters need the right light to grow. Mine love the Hygger lights. Also to get the red to pop you need more light. My floating plants tend to double on the surface everyday, so as I said, I take plants out twice a week cutting back by half. Water lettuce is just as good as duckweed for filtering water. You have to let the roots grow though. I love my floating plants and so do fish and shrimp. If you have floaters on a shrimp take, be sure and shake the plants before removing as you will get shrimp in the roots and shrimp lets love the roots too. Just be careful when you thin out your floating plants.

I have a BUNCH of those bolbitis ferns. I love them. They do so much better in slow flow low/medium light!

It bothered me to see the plant being held by the stem with the bulb dangling like that; that's how you break plants.

Can you keep both of these snails in the same tank?

Would these guys cause issue in a sand capped dirted tank?

I had a snail infestation on a 5 gallon tank a while back from a couple of Mystery snails. It was not nice (with a nice heater they breed like crazy). In any case. Now I have Nerite's my question is, what size tank is best for either snail? I seem to find any gallon seems to work. I had a 20... good.. 10 good.. 5.. good. Is there any or issues that can come from smaller tanks? I have feeding pellets... they don't seem to go for them now.

I’m not a Begiunner, but I’ll watch this while planting my Begiunias and while toasting my Begiuls and Begiuttes 😬 That aside, the plants looks great. All except those darn red root floaters. For some reason that is the only plant I can never keep alive.

i have a diferent problem, one of my plants spread to good, to agressive, is there a way to contain it?

My anubias golden’s are doing all fine but one that is located lowest in my hanging roots garden with more daylight (indirect) but loses leaves now … should I be worried?

I had never known they are like anubias and slow growers; they make it perfect plants for nano scapes in trees or tranches or woods on the back or on top with low light.. I only use 3W led reading lamp lights and white only; thank you for this

I'm doing something similar for my 3.8 gal betta tank. I'm using the lighter gobi stone for its smoothness & color patterns along with matching sand & pebbles. It's simple, but it's beautiful.

So it looks like you keep all the leaves out of water with only the pots hanging into water. Why is that? Wouldn’t it be better for us hobbyists if the plants were already being trained to be in water?

New to your channel, great job on highlighting this species. Going to place an order to try your business out, always looking for nearby sources for my planted tanks( I’m in Michigan, which is pretty local for online shops😊). Mentioning your water prams ( RO or city, or well water? Ph, temps, etc) could help give an idea of what areas the new plant may have to adapt when being introduced to a home tank. Cheers

Welcome back and nice video You maybe concerned you lack Justin's confidence but I promise that will come with time, practice and prep, all skills you only get by making videos. This is a good start. One thing I would suggest is mentioning common issues the plant can have and how big it could grow. Such things as "This plant handles movement poorly" or "It needs more of this nutrient then other plants" or "Is prone to this problem" are one of the things that elevated H2O plants videos above most other care guides in the past. Meanwhile its size tells you where in the Aquarium you should put it. But seriously, its good to see you back to making care guides for your plants again.
